Parquemet Access
The challenge was to equip Parquemet’s entrances with clear guidelines on visitor rules and safety.
In collaboration with the Citizen Participation team, we gathered insights from visitors, guards, and information office staff to identify key informational needs. This research shaped the design strategy—creating access structures for Pío Nono and a new information system for the park’s three other main entrances.
