Jackson Latin America and the Caribbean
Jackson Latin America and the Caribbean (JLAC) is a student organization of the Jackson School of Global Affairs at Yale University. Its primary goal is to encourage greater regional representation in Jackson's events and programs, promoting the involvement of students, staff, and faculty members at Jackson who are interested in Latin America and the Caribbean.
This project faces the challenge of creating a brand identity that reflects the cultural, political, geographic, and linguistic diversity that characterizes the region. To address this complexity, we have used flag colors as a unifying criterion. Flag colors serve as national symbols that enable us to represent the region's diversity respectfully and recognizably. In this way, we aim to encapsulate many perspectives to achieve a truly global understanding of contemporary challenges worldwide.
